Maintaining safety is our foremost concern. The captain may decide to reschedule the charter to an alternative date or issue a complete refund should the weather be considered hazardous. We closely monitor meteorological conditions and will notify you 24 hours before departure if the weather is expected to be unsuitable.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and beverages?
Guests can indeed bring their own food and drinks onboard. We also present exemplary culinary services tailored to your preferences. Keep in mind that for safety purposes, glassware is not allowed on the yacht.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made more than 72 hours ahead of departure are eligible for a complete refund. Those made within the 24 to 72-hour window receive a 50% refund. Within a 24-hour notice period, cancellations are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is a result of inclement weather or mechanical difficulties attributable to our operations.
